Please use this form to request space for your approved meetings, classes and events.
All events & activities must be approved by the staff liasion for that commission or ministry.
We will do our best to assign the dates and rooms you request - but please be flexible!
Please note:
Each room has a default seating arrangement. A picture is posted on the wall for reference. If you need to adjust the seating arrangement or room layout for your group, you are responsible for setting up the room according to your needs and then returning it to the default arrangement when you're finished. Staff members will not be setting up or re-setting rooms. Please note: no furniture is to be moved in The Mary Room ("Cenacle") or the Library.
The Youth Room and the Anchor Room may be reserved for ministries & groups beginning at 6:15pm weekdays, however, religious education and youth activities will have priority.
Parish Classrooms Available for Meetings & Events:
St. Matthew - Seats 16 (max 20) with tables arranged in a square (facing the middle). Projector & screen available for videos or presentations. Known as the old "Nursery".
The Mary Room - Seats 16 (max 20) with couches & comfortable chairs. No tables. No moving furniture. Known as the old "Cenacle".
St. Luke - Seats 16 (max 20) with tables arranged in a square (facing the middle). Projector & screen available for videos & presentations. Known as the old "Bell Room".
St. John - Seats 12 (max 16) with tables in a rectangle, conference room style (facing the middle).
St. Mark - Seats 6 (max 12) with a large conference table and office chairs. Additional chairs could be placed around the perimeter of the room. Known as the "Fr. Nolke Room".
Library - Seats 8 (12 max) with a round table/chairs and lounge chairs. No moving furniture.
