Approval & Cancellation Policy

All event details must be approved by a parish staff liaison prior to being added to the parish calendar, to rooms being reserved, and to announcements being made in the bulletin, website, social media, email or otherwise. All events and details are subject to change or cancellation based on parish needs, which are ever-changing.

Room Arrangement Acknowledgement

If you need to adjust the seating arrangement or room layout for your group, you are responsible for setting up the room according to your needs and then returning it to the default arrangement when you're finished. Staff members will not be setting up or re-setting rooms.
